Dispatch, Delivery & Returns

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

1.1 We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. The majority of orders are dispatched next business day.

1.2 Dispatch may be subject to delays with third parties such as availability of suitable carriers or unforeseen events such as carrier service interruptions. We will inform you if this is the case.

1.3 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery

UK Delivery – Estimated arrival within 4 business days.

International Delivery – Estimated arrival within 8 business days.

2. 1 Standard delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control. Where available, we will provide tracking information.

2.2 We make no guarantee or warranty as to delivery timescales unless expressly stated in the selected shipping option for your order. We can accept no responsibility for any direct or consequential losses resulting from transit delays.

2.3 The buyer remains responsible for any additional taxes, duties, charges, fees or other costs in respect of international shipments resulting from border, customs or other ancillary transit costs in delivery, and if applicable, returns.

3. Returns (other than in cases of loss or damage)

3.1 In accordance with Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions, returns are accepted when notified in writing within 14 days of receipt. Some items are not subject to this return policy, including but not limited to bespoke items and those with customisation or personalisation.

3.2 Returns should not be commenced prior to receiving a Return Authorisation from us.

3.3 Buyers are responsible for ensuring items are returned in original condition and packaging, and are liable for any loss or damage during return transit. We strongly recommend using insured carriage to protect against potential loss or damage.

3.4 Buyers are also responsible for the cost of return transit, including any applicable insurance.

3.5 In the case of international returns, the buyer is liable for any taxes, duties, charges, fees or other costs resulting from border, customs or other ancillary transit costs for the return transit.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition

4.2 Payments made via third-party platforms or via instalment methods (PayPal, ClearPay, Klarna etc) may incur additional delays beyond our control.

4.3 The amount of any refund will be net of any applicable deductions, costs or other amounts owing.

4.4 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We are only able to refund in alternative methods in exceptional circumstances. Any such payments will require additional security and validity checks to be completed for the purposes of anti-money laundering.
